** Install a TFTP server some where on your network. You will need this to upload the firmware to the 7960
*** For windows you can use SolarWinds.net TFTP Server - http://www.solarwinds.net/Tools/Free_tools/TFTP_Server/
** Unzip file P0S3-07-4-00.zip in TFTP-Root directory
** Create a file xmlDefault.CNF.XML in TFTP root directory containing:

* Look at entry 127.0.0.1 in the /etc/hosts file. It has to be 127.0.0.1 localhost . Or you will have one way audio.
