I am setting up an asterisk server for a small business that is on the fence about VoIP/SIP and would prefer PSTN. Initially they will be set up with two PSTN lines and 2-4 SIP lines until I prove the quality and reliability.

I am leaning towards Teliax with their $45 plan and 4 concurrent calls. However, I am wondering if there is a better provider.

Location: Northern New Hampshire
ISP: Verizon DSL - 3M/768k w/ static

Users: 4 - 10
Protocol: SIP or IAX2
Compression: G.711 or G.729
Need one New Hampshire and one Vermont DID #
Ideally free long distance/local
Ideally fax compatible

Does anybody have anny provider suggestions?

Thank you,

Jody

voicepulse.com offers 4 unlimited lines for $11 per month. It will be pay per minute out, but you could get a couple of outgoing lines from your local telco and use a 4 port digium card. (dont get the cheap no name cards)

It doesn't look like voicepulse.com carries that plan any more (at least their website doesn't show it).
