idefisk 1.26 and up breaks music on hold

hi,
it seems that idefisk >1.25 doesnt play asterisk's music on hold.
i have already emailed support@. have you guys
have any update on this ?

We checked it, it works fine.

Make sure asterisk answers the line before you send music on hold

then how would you explain the fact that asterisk <1.26 works fine with my current config ?

can you paste your current config here ? Then we can try the same config in the lab.

(also include the version number of asterisk).

exten => _9Z.,1,Dial(SIP/easycall/4822${EXTEN:1},60,rm)
exten => _9Z.,2,Hangup

and your suggestion was very accurate - if i answer the line before dial, everything works fine with idefisk 1.27. thanks Smile

aha, then its not a bug on idefisk. (its the expected behaviour).

But indeed we changed that.

i have read on another thread in the forum that one of the latest idefisk version 'fixed' the issue (annoying behaviour or sth) i initially reported.

is that true?
if so, that didnt work right - i still have to answer() call before music on hold works fine.

please comment on that Smile

i would doubt that.

This is not annoying behaviour, it would be annoying if it would play music on hold without answering Smile
