We need :
-possibiliti of one line only
- auto-answer
- Call in command line (Its ok)
- Hang up in command line (very important we are doing more 350 call by day)
- transfert of call in command line
- speech in the ear of operator but the caller don't ear
- auto detect of USB headset and use it
- invisible option on,off, all the softphone will be hidden
- URL of config_file
- unique ID of each softphone in the automatic install
