All done.
I just did \'make\' in wrong place - in dir maded from
asterisk-0.9.0_1.tar.gz.
Now I gunzip and tar-xvf another file - asterisk-0.9.0.tar.gz, and do make
in dir created.
And now all done. Thanks to all who participate.
