Hi All.
Do you know any company doing credit card processing ?
This mean, we have customer on our IVR system, we collect credit card number and expiration date and CVC.
Then we send the information to that company for the credit card processing.

Just about any Payment Service provider can do this, they can provide
you with API details for embedding in your application.
I dont know the term now but back in the day the easiest way to find
companies that did this was to search for "merchant account". Some
bigger names would be paypal and google checkout (which lets you do
cards directly). I think (havent paid attention) that paypal lets you
charge cards without having the other party signup first, but I am not
sure of that.

merchant account?
No we only need to talk to the transaction processing part of it.
Right now we support PayPal Payflow Pro, Authorize.net, Plugnpay,
Cybersource, Linkpoint. But other ones can easily be added as long as they
have a half-decent document on how to integrate with them. It is up to
them to talk to the merchant account.

I've been using network merchants to handle the processing, www.nmi.com, they are very
inexpensive, and have great API documentation. plus it's nice we get to mark up
implementation, monthly and transactions costs and our customers just see
the whatever costs we plug in on their invoice and each customer can be set up
differently and NMI deposits the difference into our account monthly.
disclaimer: I have no affiliation with them, I am very loosely acquainted with the CTO via an
online sports car enthusiast forum.

In fact, we need something more automatic since this is a 24/7 service.
Here is how we would like it to work :
Scenario 1:
- the caller is on our system and decide to make a payment.
- we ask to enter credit card number, expiration date
- we send information via internet to the credit processing company and they
send us back a confirmation
- when confirmation is receive, we update the user account
- and continue in the iVR
Scenario 2 :
- the caller is on our system and decide to make a payment.
- we forward the caller to the credit card company phone number
- they ask him to enter card number, expiration date and process it. If
confirmed, they send us a Instant Payment Notification so we can update our
database
- the user is then return to the IVR

the info is easy: processing it much harder

Hi,
We offer a full CRM suite which is geared towards sales automation and
customizations. It is a hosted service which we manage. We also take care
of the server maintenance and backups.
As a special to this list, we have a package at 250$/month which does not
include any kind of mass email and mass broadcast ability. Our second
package at 500$/month includes unlimited mailing lists and voice
broadcasting (per minute).
For any customization there is an hourly charge of 40$/h.
On your side it really depends how your business is currently situated in
terms of technology. We can transfer all of your data to Maximum CRM. We
also have to make a plan to convert your business process to the CRM and
to see if there is any business process that will need to be changed.
You can either keep using your existing pbx system, but you'd need to have
it dial into ours for the payment processing. Once the payment processing
is complete, the call will be returned to you. (using the "g" dial option
on your side).
If you do not have a pbx system, then we can host a pbx in North America
for you.
We also have DID and voip termination services.

We integrated our system with authorize.net they have a API and an online terminal where you
can do manual or recurring transactions.
Since our accounts are prepaid the API works for us, if an account goes below a certain amount
a transaction is triggered, credit card debited, invoice sent to customer and credit posted to his account.
Levi from 1stmerchantfunding.com set us up with both a merchant account and an account with auth.net, our programmers integrated with the auth.net API and we are set to go.
Levi has been very helpful solving the couple of issues we had, and I recommend them.

Stay away from paypal,
Get a merchant account.. google “merchant account” fill the form out, and get around 300 people that will offer you services.. do your homework , then choose one, and put all fraud filters to max.. including maxmind’s ones.
That guy just tried to signup using a fraudulent paypal account.. paypal Can’t do anything about it.. it’s called fishing, where dumb end users get an email that looks from paypal, asking them to login and they grab the user/pass
Paypal/ebay is now only to server end-users , not merchants. So they will freeze all assets, anytime you get 2 consecutive fraud attempts.. and they always come in pairs.. in fact 9 of the 10 payments gotten are fraud here..
In fact, not to be racist here, BUT i would block anything not in north american.. not only they are 99.5% fraud.. they also the reason your adsense accounts will get banned , if you have any.

This mean, we have customer on our IVR system, we collect credit card number and expiration date and CVC.
