Stay away from paypal,
Get a merchant account.. google “merchant account” fill the form out, and get around 300 people that will offer you services.. do your homework , then choose one, and put all fraud filters to max.. including maxmind’s ones.
That guy just tried to signup using a fraudulent paypal account.. paypal Can’t do anything about it.. it’s called fishing, where dumb end users get an email that looks from paypal, asking them to login and they grab the user/pass
Paypal/ebay is now only to server end-users , not merchants. So they will freeze all assets, anytime you get 2 consecutive fraud attempts.. and they always come in pairs.. in fact 9 of the 10 payments gotten are fraud here..
In fact, not to be racist here, BUT i would block anything not in north american.. not only they are 99.5% fraud.. they also the reason your adsense accounts will get banned , if you have any.

Hi All.
Do you know any company doing credit card processing ?
This mean, we have customer on our IVR system, we collect credit card number and expiration date and CVC.
Then we send the information to that company for the credit card processing.

Here's where you guys are getting confused. He does not WANT a merchant account. I ran into this as well when trying to find a gateway provider. Almost EVERYONE wants to sell you a merchant account and wont do business with you unless you have a merchant account through them. The poster here already has one, he just needs someone to handle the transaction and move the money into his already existing merchant account. Again I will refer you to nmi.com. They just charge a flat rate per transaction (a few cents) and a cheap flat rate monthly fee (I think under $20).

Exactly.
More of the companies process the payment by asking to send the website visitor to their platform.
Then the visitor enters card number, billing address and so on.
Here, the customer is not on Internet but on the phone.
So, what we want to do is send the user to the billing company platform so their process the payement there.
Or we collect just the number and the expiration date and post it on the billing company platform.

Again - I suggest using authorize.net as a gateway. If you are looking for someone to program an IVR
for you to collect CC data that is a pretty simple project and I am sure you could fine plenty here
on the list (including us) who could do that for you.

I don’t think it is that simple. The reason is that on web environments, the part where the user enters his credit card information in handled on the providers servers. It would take a provider who specifically allows the transaction outside of his servers, i.e. on an asterisk IVR. The question the man is asking is: can anyone recommend one provider who does that?

Get a merchant account.. google merchant account fill the form out, and get around 300 people that will offer you services.. do your homework , then choose one, and put all fraud filters to max.. including maxminds ones.
That guy just tried to signup using a fraudulent paypal account.. paypal Cant do anything about it.. its called fishing, where dumb end users get an email that looks from paypal, asking them to login and they grab the user/pass

Here's where you guys

getting confused. He does not WANT a merchant account.
I ran into
this as well when trying to find a gateway provider.
Almost EVERYONE
wants to sell you a merchant account and wont do business
with you unless you
have a merchant account through them. The poster here
already has one, he
just needs someone to handle the transaction and move the
money into his
already existing merchant account. Again I will refer you
to nmi.com. They just charge a flat
rate per
transaction (a few cents) and a cheap flat rate monthly fee
(I think under $20).

Dennis, they have been phenomenally responsive, I expect part of that comes from the fact it's a smaller company and they can afford to pay a bit more attention to their customers. When I had a serious issue, I was able to email their CTO directly, but again the disclaimer is that I somewhat 'knew' the guy from an online car forum, though I had never chatted with him directly. My company wrote a B2B WaaS based collections product and we'd sell the service to companies who already had merchant accounts, many of them fortune 500, so we simply could not tell them they needed to go get themselves another merchant account. And because they were already paying a percentage on each transaction, we needed to make sure the solution was cheap and wouldn't tack on as a further percentage. I spent 2 months trying to find a provider who wasn't trying to sell me a merchant account. I still get calls today from some of those clowns who no matter HOW many times I told them I didn't want one, didn't seem to get it. I liked the fact with NMI, I could mark up a number of things and it was invisible to our customers (again, monthly fee, per transaction fee and implementation fee).
In one instance with NMI, we had a customer who's merchant account did not support any of the transaction platforms NMI supported, NMI managed to work directly with them and their merchant account provider and got them up and running within a week.
Let me see if I can find a list of the payment processors they supported when I last checked (about 6-8 months ago).... nope, can't find it, you'll have to email them, but we only once encountered someone who had a merchant account that didn't use a processor they supported and they fixed that in a week.
They also did a number of other things we needed but you likely don't (rebranded web portals, reoccuring billing, etc and they are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
Again, I have no interest in the company, I'm no longer even with the company that used them, I was just the guy that put in all the work to find the solution and owned the relationship with them.
They have the usual documentation available on how to integrate your own apps with theirs, if I recall, it could be as easy as an HTTP POST over SSL or they had a more complex API for people who needed some advanced functionality.

Also, with moneris, (www.moneris.com) you have a phone IVR.. so you could make asterisk dial the number and send the appropriate digits , and capture the voice auth #
You pass your merchant ID, the amount, card, expiry
It results auth # ,

Any provider with authorize.net or payflow ... They have simple APIs (http posts usually) that allow you to collect the info and pass it to them... Ask you current merchant service if they can use this gateway service

Again - I suggest using authorize.net as a gateway. If you are looking for someone to program an IVR
for you to collect CC data that is a pretty simple project and I am sure you could fine plenty here

So, what we want to do is send the user to the billing company platform so their process the payement there.
Or we collect just the number and the expiration date and post it on the billing company platform.
